This practice encourages mindful exploration of postures amidst an invigorating combination of fluid movement. It invites you to move your body, open your hips and align your mind with the present moment. Through gentle encouragement and dreamy music you will dance with your breath through a moving meditation as you flow from one pose to the next. This class will combine Vinyasa style yoga with aromatherapy, making a soft relaxing space where you can flow and soak up the benefits of cedarwood essential Oil which helps detox negative energies to make you feel more spiritually grounded.

Unwind your mind and body through yin . Focusing on softening the connective tissues and balancing our energy channels. This class will help release fascia in the body, increasing flexibility whilst relaxing the nervous system; Inviting you to slow down and bring awareness into the body . Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of soft music and aromatherapy using Lavender, bergamot and chamomile the perfect combination for deep relaxation of both the mind, body and Helping ease the nervous system and release tension allowing space for relaxation.

Get Groovy, Radiate energy with a fun, dynamic vinyasa sequence that works on strengthening the physical body; Inviting you to challenge yourself whilst improving fitness, stability and balance. Get ready for an electric atmosphere with uplifting music and aromatherapy using Eucalyptus, rosemary, cardamon and mandarin the perfect pick me up cure. Designed to help the respiratory system helping opening up the airways allowing you to be cleanse and feel refreshed.
K I D S
A fun, engaging and stimulating class, teaching children from the age of 5 - 9, yoga, mindfulness and breathing techniques through stories and visualisation.
Children will build confidence, physical and mental strength through a supportive, fun and encouraging environment.
The teacher Daisy, is the founder of Awakening Souls Yoga, with over a two years experience of teaching yoga to both adults and children online and in person.
Before becoming a yoga teacher Daisy worked in primary schools as a sports coach, encouraging physical and mentally wellbeing in child development
